He has over 30 years of experience in each of these areas including managing these activities at DuPont and Chevron. In December of 1999, Dr. Winters started his own consulting company, Reputation Measures, Inc, when he saw a clear need to help clients (internal and external) focus on and effectively manage the reputations of corporations: reputations, be this as employers, community members and/or providers of products and services.
